1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Luster & Go, you agree to the following terms. We provide mobile auto detailing and paint correction services. All services are subject to an initial in-person inspection.

2. Pricing and Minimum Booking Fee

All listed prices are starting estimates based on standard vehicle conditions. The final price may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle (e.g., severe pet hair, excessive mud, or deep scratches). We are asking for a minimum booking fee of $100.00 CAD to dispatch our mobile unit to your location.

3. Access Requirements

Our mobile service requires a safe working area (driveway or spacious legal parking). During booking, please let us know if you have access to an outdoor water spigot and power outlet. If you do not have these available, we are fully equipped to bring our own water barrel and power station! However, if you indicate that water and power are available but they are not accessible upon our arrival, the minimum booking fee will be charged for the arrival before we return to our office to retrieve our equipment. This may also result in delays or rescheduling.

4. Pre-existing Damage

We will conduct a pre-service walkthrough to document the vehicle's condition. Luster & Go is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: failing clear coat, loose interior trim, heavily soiled fabrics that tear during extraction, or pre-existing mechanical/electrical issues. If we discover unreported damage or compromised paint during the process, we reserve the right to halt service to prevent further damage.

5. Personal Belongings & Child Seats

Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and garbage from the vehicle prior to our arrival. Luster & Go will not be held responsible or liable for any lost, missing, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

Important regarding Child Seats/Boosters: Due to liability and safety regulations, our technicians will NOT remove or reinstall child car seats/bosters. If a child seat/booster is left in the vehicle, we will only clean *around* it. We strongly recommend removing them prior to your appointment if you want the seats beneath them cleaned.

6. Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

7. Liability & Waivers

By allowing Luster & Go to perform services on your vehicle, you acknowledge that paint correction, polishing, and deep interior extraction involve inherent risks, especially to aged, degraded, or improperly repaired surfaces. While every professional precaution is taken, Luster & Go will not be held liable for unforeseen incidental damage that occurs as a normal consequence of the detailing process (e.g., flaking of poorly applied aftermarket paint, or the expansion of pre-existing micro-tears in leather).
